Visited mom and dad today. For the first time in about 4 years, I have my parents under the same roof. Grateful to the Wisconsin Veterans Home that they can be together and mom will continue her memory care for Alzheimer’s. It’s been a lot of up and down, but they both seem to have adjusted well and seem happy. Dad still has to be careful and limit his physical activity so he doesn’t overdo it, but for now he is doing better than the Dr. expected 😊. The first pic is about 50 years ago and the other was today.
